This challenge for everyone who is going through a difficult time because of whatever skin condition they may have at the moment. Let us take your mind away for a while, just a few minutes day!

Here’s a quick WTF fact for you - did you know individuals suffering from acne, psoriasis, and atopic eczema are more likely to develop depressive symptoms, be bullied, and socially excluded than people with clearer skin?

Although for some, it might be quick WTP fact, for others, it feels obvious – since they have lived through it. What might be a good idea is to focus on the REAL you – worthy, full of dreams, and potential human being. Join us this September on a journey to rediscover that person.

What skin positivity is NOT, is what I like to call “pimple worship.”  In other words, it is NOT the dismissal of good skin care practices, nor is it a war against makeup. It is also not meant to be a discouragement for anyone trying to improve their skin through safe and sustainable practices. It is rather a battle against the hyper realistic ideals society has decided as “normal”. At the end of the day, you don’t have to love your acne, but it definitely doesn’t define you.
